Billing services
If you have difficulty reading your bill, our trained Customer Services staff will be more than happy to talk through the details with you on the telephone. Just dial 150 from your ntl:home telephone or dial 0800 052 2000 at any time for immediate assistance. Alternatively, if you wish to use your text phone, we’ve installed text phones in all of our Call Centres and our staff can use these to go through details or queries on your bill.
Large print bill
If you have difficulty reading small print, you can request to receive your bill each month in a large print format in addition to the standard format. The large print format comes on A3 size paper with a 14 point typeface.
Braille bill
For partially sighted or blind customers you can also request to receive your bill each month in a Braille format. The Braille bill is provided on xx size paper. This service is free of charge.
Payment
You can pay your bill using cash, a cheque, Visa or Mastercard at any of our local ntl:home offices, through most of the high-street banks and building societies or via the Post Office.
Alternatively, you can pay your bill using PayPoint, a network of local retailers who will accept cash payments. PayPoint is easy to use and free of charge. Simply take your bill to any PayPoint outlet with your bill and the amount you wish to pay and they’ll take the details and provide you with a receipt as proof of payment. Amounts paid will appear against your account after three working days. You can visit as often as you like and pay as much or as little as you wish.
