If you have difficulty holding or reading the printed telephone book, this service lets you call Directory Enquiries free of charge. Once you have registered for the service, you will be sent a card with a personal number shown in both large print and Braille. Then, whenever you need a telephone number, just dial 195 from your ntl:home telephone, provide your personal number and your directory enquiry will be provided free of charge.
Please note that you will not be charged for the initial call to Directory Enquiries, any calls that the Operator connects for you will be charged at the standard rate. This service is offered through BT.
