Text phone
Customers who are profoundly deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired will find our text phone service very useful. A text phone allows you to communicate with other people using an electronic keyboard and screen. As you type your conversation to another person who has similar equipment, both incoming and outgoing messages are displayed on your screen.
We’ve now installed text phone equipment in all of our Call Centres so you can contact us directly if you have a text phone already. Simply call ntl Customer Services on the following number for advice and assistance.
