| Switch your set top box off at the wall, wait for 30 seconds and then turn the power back on |
| Ensure
that there are new batteries in the
remote control and that there is a clear
path to the TV |
| Check
all the connectors at the back of the
TV and the set top box |
| Ensure
that your TV is on the correct channel
to view the cable services – this
will either be channel 6 or the AV channel
(refer to your TV instructions for tuning
& AV information) |
