Faults & Service - Digital & Analogue TV

For all TV issues, we suggest you try the following to resolve your problem. If after trying these suggestions, you are still experiencing difficulty with your service, please feel free to contact us – information is provided below.

Switch your set top box off at the wall, wait for 30 seconds and then turn the power back on
Ensure that there are new batteries in the remote control and that there is a clear path to the TV
Check all the connectors at the back of the TV and the set top box
Ensure that your TV is on the correct channel to view the cable services – this will either be channel 6 or the AV channel (refer to your TV instructions for tuning & AV information)
